Holiday Friend is a small desktop application for your PC that groups together a lot of the information that most people want to know when preparing for a holiday. Holiday Friend will tell you the current weather situation at your destination, perfect for finding out just how much hotter it is than at home! Current exchange rate information is also available, all you have to do is select your home currency and the currency you’re wanting to change your money into and Holiday Friend will show you the latest exchange rates. As well as this it provides a holiday count down to when you go away and will even point you in the direction of webcams and maps of your destination, these can then be accessed easily from the menu.
